When will I receive my order?

All orders will be shipped via UPS and should be received within 7-10 business days after processing. Additional shipping charges apply for expedited shipping. Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Jewelry Explosion will notify you via email or phone in cases of back order or out-of-stock items.

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We do not offer Saturday delivery and are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.

Am I being charged sales tax?

Only Massachusetts residents are charged sales tax on this web site. The current sales tax is 6.25%.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

Although Jewelry Explosion strives toward complete satisfaction, we understand that is not always the case. Therefore....
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Returns sent back after this time will not be honored. No Exceptions! A Credit will be issued to the credit card used for purchase, in the amount of the sale minus the shipping charges. All merchandise returned must be unworn, in it's original condition, with the tags attached. There will be no refund for jewelry and accessories, only online store credit. Sale merchandise will be final sale, no exceptions!
